The Company will not trade or partner with any business, organisation or individual involved in such practice, and expect our suppliers and partners to demonstrate a zero tolerance to exploitation. We also expect our suppliers and partners to hold their own suppliers to the same high standards. We will only engage with suppliers and contractors who comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to raising awareness on this global issue and shall continue to review our policies to ensure fit for purpose.
We are a multi-channel fashion retailer with Blue Inc, Officers Club and Blue Inc Outlet stores nationwide. Our products are also available online from our three main websites; Blue Inc, Officers Club and Twisted Soul. We have a number of Blue Inc international partners who supply our products in France, Germany and Russia with products dispatched directly from the UK. We also distribute via marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and LaRedoute directly from the UK. Our workforce is based in the UK with a Retail Head Office in Walthamstow, London. We have a robust new hire process in place and recruit employees directly, obtaining verification upon hire that candidates are applying on their own behalf. Our Distribution Centre is outsourced and do not manufacture our own products. We work closely with external suppliers to source and supply product and our dedicated Buying Team ensure supplier relations and standards are maintained.
We have a dedicated Loss Prevention Hotline where employees can anonymously report suspicious or dishonest behaviour along with a Whistleblowing Policy. During the new financial year, we shall ensure all new and existing suppliers, partners and contractors are aware of our Anti-Modern Slavery Policy along with educating our employees on the importance of this issue to further raise awareness. All supplier contracts will be reviewed and updated to reinforce our expectations in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. During the new financial year a new policy will be created for employees to further raise awareness, supporting the understanding, identification, reporting and elimination of any risks in our organisation.
